The Website and Services are intended to facilitate appointments and consultations with a qualified medical practitioner. Content on the Website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment until a formal consultation takes place.

In a medical emergency, do not use this Website. Call your local emergency number, go to the nearest hospital, or dial an ambulance immediately. The Services are not designed for urgent or life-threatening conditions.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and book appointments. Appointments for minors or persons unable to consent must be booked and managed by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on their behalf.

Access to the patient portal requires verification of your mobile number via a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access to your device and for all activity that occurs under your verified number. Please provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it up to date.

• Booking a slot constitutes a request; an appointment is confirmed only once approved by the clinic.
• We reserve the right to reschedule, decline, or cancel an appointment where necessary (for example, practitioner unavailability), and will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
• Please arrive on time. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect your ability to book future appointments.
• For online consultations, you are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a suitable device.

Online consultations are provided in accordance with applicable Indian regulations, including the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020. Teleconsultation may not be appropriate for every condition; the practitioner may, at their sole discretion, require an in-person visit. Any prescription issued is based on the information you provide, and you agree to share accurate and complete medical information.

Consultation fees, where applicable, are communicated to you before or at the time of the appointment and are payable as directed by the clinic. Unless expressly stated, fees are exclusive of any third-party charges you may incur (such as data or diagnostic costs).

• Provide honest, accurate, and complete health and personal information.
• Upload only documents that are yours (or that you are authorised to share) and that are relevant to your care.
• Do not misuse the Services, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the Website, or upload malicious or unlawful content.

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, and the Breathe Ease name and branding — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our prior written consent.

The Services rely on trusted third-party providers for functionality such as authentication, messaging, and video consultations. Your use of those features may also be subject to the respective providers’ terms. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website or Services, including interruptions, data loss, or reliance on any information provided prior to a formal consultation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
